I disagree. Bishop takes C3 is the correct recommended move by Stock-fish. D5 doesn't seem to be the best position in this move. Please check this. I think the reason is Bishop takes C3 instead of the D5 move, white pawn structure destroyed with doubled pawn on C3. Queen goes to C3 giving a fake fork to king and Rook with check. Black Bishop defends the check as queen cannot (which will lose the rook) so we get a free knight on D4. White king can also defend the check with F2 or E2 but most humans may not play this, its natural to defend the check with bishop or Queen. This is a more logical line which is in line with the engine's thinking also. I think the reason stock fish disagrees with your logic that knight pins the king is because you can do a simple short castle here unpinning the knight easily and avoid a pawn pin. However, if Amruta is smiling big time after D5, then we can throw stock fish away 🙂

I believe be3 comes in bastrikov variation of taimanov, Also English attack is exclusive for Najdorf, If you want to refer to the idea of be3, qd2 and long castle it also comes in Yugoslav attack and something that I can't remember atm.
My favourite trap is d4 e5(Scandinavian) dxe4 bc5 Nf3 d6 exd6 Ne7 dxe7 Bxf2+ kxf2 Qxd1 wins the queen 😀 Sagar sir make a vid on this please LIKE so they do 😀
Why didn't you play e5 after d5? It's true that you will lose a pawn(after taking with the queen)but everything is safe now.
